On Tuesday, March 20th, the service portal at Mitchell Subaru was turned into a party room for the March Business After Hours. Mark Mitchell and the staff of Mitchell Subaru hosted the event with balloons and great food and refreshments. Over thirty members and guests were present for the event. Mark introduced his staff and then talked about the history of the dealership which dates back to January 1972 as the oldest Subaru dealer in the nation. They have been at the current location since the late 1980s. Mark described major changes that are coming to their locations on Albany Turnpike. Land Rover is moving to Hartford to be replaced by the current Subaru dealership.

Love-PromiseMark introduced Julie Hansen, who talked about Subaru of New England’s Love Promise. The Subaru Love Promise is just that. A promise. It is a promise to do right by our community by partnering with nonprofit education, health, community, environment, and animal organizations – to set Subaru apart through our deeds and the deeds of our partners. To be unlike any other car company by doing wha t is right and good, just for the sake of doing it. Mitchell Subaru is proud to participate in the Love Promise Community Commitment. They’re grateful, not only to be a part of our community, but to serve and support the causes and passions that are closest to our hearts, right here in our neighborhood.
