Chamber Website Redesign is Underway!

The Canton Chamber of Commerce is beginning the process of redesigning and  launching a new and improved website. The Chamber currently serves more than 250 members with businesses in the local area and includes associations with nearby chambers and the New Hartford Business Council. The Chamber recently embraced a new strategic plan with a streamlined committee structure and a new brand, which are not adequately reflected in its existing website. The redesign will include easy navigation for members and the general public, provide Chamber services and have the ability to transact business with the Chamber.

We are seeking qualified web developers who are interested in helping to design the new website.  The request for qualifications (RFQ) and conceptual design document can be accessed below.

The schedule for this exciting project is as follows;

7/28/2014    RFQ Issued.
8/7/2014      Last day for accepting responses to RFQ.
8/11/2014    First day of vendor interviews.
8/25/2014    Award recommendations to Chamber Board of Directors.
9/10/2014    Negotiation with finalist(s) re: fee and schedule.
